Even with the
explosion of real estate in the Denver and closest surrounding communities it would leave us with
no viable options to sell as we planned on retiring and moving within the next several years..
1) Ingress and egress: How is the operation planning on removing the material and will they
use our current driveway or the old gravel pit road which traverses my property? In either
case the increased traffic from the gravel trucks will quickly deteriorate the already rarely
maintained county roads of 213 and 38 and readily do the same to our driveway making
them unsafe and difficult to navigate especially in an emergency.
2) The excavation and transportation of materials increase will the dust particulate levels on
our property causing more respiratory issues for my wife and me.
3) The increased noise pollution will destroy the serenity and peace my wife and I have shared
here for over 10 years.
4) Security: The fact of leaving both light and heavy construction equipment in a remote and
