Any range or coal fires will be controlled or suppressed and their prevention will be encouraged to
the extent possible. Excluded are those fires approved by the DRMS as part of a management plan.
The majority of traffic will be in the active pit, spoil, and facilities areas. Other roads will be light duty
roads with a minimal impact to wildlife. The replaced east -west county road will be replaced to its
present location with the right-of-way fenced after the road is reopened.
