No company representative was present at the mine site <br />and accompanied DRMS in the inspection. Weather conditions were clear and the temperature around eighty five <br />degrees fahrenheit with ground conditions were mainly dry. There was no activity at the mine site at the time of <br />the inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The sediment pond was backfilled and graded in 2015. Topsoil verfication holes were dug with each hole being at <br />least 6 inches deep. No issues were observed. <br />The Munger Creek crossing remains stable. No issues observed. <br />Road crossing at the access road was inspected. Most areas were along the road were well vegetated except for <br />surrounding areas of Monger Creek. Sediment deposition was observed on sections of the road. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Vegetation at the 2015 reclamation section continues to expand along the reseeded areas. No issues observed. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were located at the entrance of the site located along the gate. The signs contained all <br />required information for compliance. <br />Disturbance boundary markers were located along all necessary points. Markers were visible within line of sight <br />of each other. <br />
