Tuttle <garyjtuttle@gmail. com> <br />Subject: M-1977-376 TR -02 Canon Dolomite Remaining Inadequacies <br />Gary, <br />Per our phone conversation, the remaining inadequacies are: <br />1) Please clarify the dashed "limit of Reclamation Liability" lines on Exhibits C & F with respect to current (2015) <br />liability vs. future disturbance outside these limits; <br />2) Exhibit L: <br />a) The attached MS Word file shows our required indirect costs breakdown (shown in bold blue text), <br />b) The total mine area reclamation area in Table L-1 is 11.4 acres (Items 7, 8, and 9), where as the text portion <br />(Section 6.4.11 - Exhibit L) lists 19 acres for this area.
