The landowner has made a request to reclaim Pond 011. Therefore, a Small Area Exemption (SAE)
will be implemented on 52.4 acres in the area where Pond 011 is being reclaimed as shown on Map
2.05.3(3)-1-2. In conjunction with this SAE and reclamation of Pond 011, the approved alternate
sediment control consisting of straw wattles is being expanded as depicted on Map 2.05.3(3)-1-2.
