Any discharge from B -Gulch and C -Gulch will be reported to Ponds B and C <br />which monitor any discharge from the ponds on a monthly basis. <br />6. The Division agrees to permanently suspend monitoring at the following sites: <br />• Upper Hubbard Creek site based on the continued monitoring of site D34 -14, up- stream from <br />the Upper Hubbard Creek site. <br />• Site SP12 -4, Pond 12 -9, and Pond 12 -11 based on the location of the sites falling outside of <br />any mine related disturbance area or affected area. <br />If you have any questions or comments feel free to contact me.
