Oj I5 DivDilion of PW�rWR &IS ti ' MINTNG AND The U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE), Western Region Office, has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) for the 2007 approved mining plan modification for the Colowyo Coal Mine's South Taylor/Lower Wilson area (the Project). During the public outreach comment period for the Project between May 21 and June 15, 2015, you submitted a written or emailed comment and indicated that you wanted to be on the mailing list for future updates and notifications for this Project. By this letter, we are notifying you that the EA and the unsigned Finding of No Significant Impacts (FONSI) have been completed and are available for public review as of July 27, 2015. OSMRE will accept written or emailed comments submitted during the period July 27, 2015 through Friday August 14, 2015. There will be no extension of the comment period. If you indicated on your comment form that you requested a CD of the EA, it will be sent to you by separate mailing on July 27, 2015.
