<br />Dear Moffat County Commissioners:
<br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1981-044
<br />for the Williams Fork Mines on July 10, 2015, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to
<br />continue under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The
<br />permit was issued to Moffat County Mining, LLC, 29515 Routt County Road 927, Oak Creek,
<br />CO 80467, (970) 879-3800, for their mining operation located in Moffat County, approximately 7
<br />miles Southwest of Craig, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows:
<br />All or portions of Sections 4, 5, 6 and 8, T5N, R91W; part of Section 1, T5N, R92W; and
<br />Sections 17, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, T6N, R91W; portions of Sections 25, 26, 35
<br />and 36, T6n, R92W; 6th Prime Meridian.
