6.4.19- EXHIBITS- PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />Permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land for this application <br />are shown on Exhibit C-1, Pre -Mine Plan Map. <br />A Surface Use Agreement (SUA) has been approved and signed by both Anadarko and <br />ASCI for mining and backfilling adjacent to their facilities. A geotechnical slope stability <br />analysis is provided in Exhibit S.
