<br />Colorado Milling Company, LLC , a Colorado Limited Liability Company

<br />("Grantee") subject to the terms and conditions of the Colorado Milling
<br />Company, LLC Operating Agreement.
<br />WITNESSETH, that the Grantor for and inconsideration of the sum of Ten
<br />Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
<br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold
<br />and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm, unto the Grantee, the following property, together with all
