Mr. Rob Zuber
July 21, 2015
Page 4
M. The Division is looking at the as -built drawing for the West Taylor Pond
with a latest revision date of 7126/2012. If there is a more recent drawing, please
advise. It appears that the emergency spillway elevation on the drawing is still
different than the one in Table 4 (albeit a small difference). A greater difference
is the height of the riser: the table says 16 feet but the drawing indicates that it is
10.5 feet. This was calculated by subtracting the elevation of the top of the
horizontal pipe (7460.5) from the elevation of the top of the spillway (7471).
Please explain this or revise the error.
Response: Table 4 has been corrected as noted.
n Response Accepted.
o. Please provide the pages for review.
Response: This comment originally addressed the Introductory text of Exhibit 7, Item
20, Part E found in Volume 13 and addresses permanent channel design for the South
Taylor area. The text was modified during the June submittal to add text regarding small
stock tanks. It is provided again with this submittal.
r. Response Accepted.
S. In our June submittal, we agreed with the initial comment and the revised
associated text and the SEDCAD model. As noted on the index sheet, the materials are
resubmitted herein.
19. Response Accepted.
20. Response Accepted.
