Planning: Continuing construction activities and scheduling for the VLF. CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AND PROGRESS: 1) Earthworks A) VLF (PSSA, Phase 1, and 2) Structural Fill: The following Structural Fill haul to fill and grading activities occurred: A Cat smooth drum roller compacted subgrade between stations FFO+00 to FM12+00 and DDO+00 to DD4+00. A Komatsu loader loaded Cat and John Deere 740 haul trucks with material located between stations 36+00 to 38+00 of the ADR haul road. The Structural Fill was transported to the fill area between stations E14+00 to E15+22 and Q20+0 to Q22+00. Cat dozers and a Cat smooth drum roller placed and compacted the Structural Fill. Cat dozers graded the slope between stations HM10+00 to HM14+00, JM8+00 to JM12+00, JM2+00 to J14+00, UM12+00 to UM14+00 and LM2+00 to L11+36. CC&V hauled material to the Dump 4 surge in Phase 2 using Cat 793 haul trucks. Material was stockpiled, but not placed. Cat dozers graded the slope above L8+00 to L11+35. Cat dozers prepared subgrade between stations HHO+ and HH2+00.
