OPERATORS <br />SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING PAGES CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE TERMS OF THE PERMIT AND APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS. If a <br />Possible Violation is indicated, you will be notified under separate cover as to when the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board will consider possible enforcement action. <br />INSPECTION TOPIC: Availability Of Records <br />PROBLEM/POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: The Division does not have copies of the Mining Plan or Reclamation <br />Plan Maps which conform to the requirements Construction Material Rules 6.2.1(2), 6.4.3, and 6.4.6. <br />Specifically, the maps do not depict the permit boundary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: The Operator shall submit a new set of Maps which conform to the requirements of Rule <br />6.2.1(2), 6.4.3, and 6.4.6.
