The original is on filed with the Division of Recla- <br />mation, Mining It Safety. <br />This copy of the adequacy response is delivered to you pursuant <br />to 34-32.5-112(9)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes 1995, as amended, <br />which states in parts <br />.... the applicant shall place a copy of such, appifcation for public inspection at the office of <br />the Board and Office of the County Cfork and R=rder of the county in which the <br />affected land is located. <br />Please place this in the book delivered in April. 2015 as it must; <br />be kept for public review until the amendment has been approved by the <br />Division. We will contact you once it is and make arrangements to <br />pickup this copy. <br />Please acknowledge receipt of the copy of this adequacy response <br />packet by signing in the appropriate space provided below and return- <br />ing one copy of this letter to the person deliver,in? the book.
