<br />IT IS ORDERED•AND DECREED, That the aforesaid proofs be filed, and that said Will
<br />be and the same hereby is duly admitted to probate as and for the Last Will and Test-
<br />ament of J. R. Leach deceased, and that the same be entered of record.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, That upon taking the oath as Executor and entering unto
<br />bond in the penal sum of Seven thousand one hundred and no/100 DOLLARS, as required
<br />by law, that Letters Testamentary issue to Maurice R. Leach the Executor named in said
<br />Will, and that the-aame be tiled and entered of record.
