LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER FOR RECLAMATION FOR <br />PERMIT RELEASE <br />This letter has been provided to you as the owner of property within 200 feet of a <br />proposed mine site. The State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />("Division") requires that where a mining operation a permit must have the surrounding <br />property owners a written right to enter for the reclamation permit release. <br />SA Aggregate is transferring the current permit from TW K Enterprises, Inc. to 5A <br />Aggregate LIC.
