Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following items must <br />be received before the Division can consider AR -01 as filled and begin to process your request: <br />1) The Division's has reviewed of the approved permit boundary and Arapahoe County Assessor's <br />parcel data. Based on the review of this material, the Division believes that the permit boundary <br />covering 110 acres sits on land owned by 3 different entities. On Figure 1, the Division has <br />identified the 3 parcels of land, please provide the Division with the names and addresses and <br />phone numbers of all owners of record to the affected land. <br />2) Please provide a map showing the acreage to be released from the current permit boundary. The <br />AR -01 application stated that the Operator is requesting a release of 44 acres. Also please provide <br />a new map that will accurately depict the permit boundary if the release is approved. Note: If the <br />Operator released all of the permitted area located on parcels outside of the parcel owned by 4LG <br />LLC, the new permit boundary would contain approximately 60 acres (Figure 2). If the Operator <br />released all permit area located outside of the area owned by 4LG LLC, the Operator would be <br />release approximately 50 acres. <br />3) Please sign the AR -01 request form (enclosed), the request must be signed by the Permittee, Operator <br />or their authorized Agent. <br />Your request will not be considered submitted until the information listed above is received and found <br />sufficient to begin our process. You have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to submit all necessary <br />documents that the Office needs for this application to be considered filed.
