<br />vicinity property uses include rangeland, irrigated hay fields or grazing pastures, and recreational land. Bureau
<br />of Land Management (BLM), State of Colorado recreation land, and Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW)
<br />land is located in the vicinity. Property surrounding the proposed facility is vacant and unoccupied.
<br />BLM land abuts the facility to the south and west, Sam and Virginia Love property abuts the east side, and the
<br />White River flows along the north and east sides of WG. DOW and Exxon Mobile are located at the north side
<br />of the White River and abut WG along the north and northeast, respectively. The state owned and operated Rio
<br />Blanco Lake State Recreation Area is located north of the river and northwest of the proposed facility.
<br />The proposed landfill facility as designed and operated in the DOP is located on a parcel of land lying in
<br />tracts 38, 39, and 41. WG requests that the approximately 57.4 acre parcel located in the tracts be included
<br />in the COD. The legal description of the site was provided by JSC, Inc. of Meeker, Colorado as follows
<br />below and is included with the Warranty Deed provided in Appendix A.
