June 24, 2014 C-1981-015/Fruita No 1 & 2 ZTT <br />grow in size until the area stabilizes. <br />The sediment pond at the base of the site held minimal water at the time of the inspection. The spillway was stable <br />and armored with rip rap. Embankments were also stable with no signs of slumping or erosion. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />It has been observed that large boulders have fallen off the cliff face above the portals. Caution should be used <br />when inspecting areas directly below the cliff faces. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The mine haul road has been reclaimed. Rock check dams have been installed periodically up the slope of the road <br />to help prevent erosion.
