They are not spraying as they dig and are raising <br />huge amounts of dust- daily. The blasts have increased in both intensity and volume over the <br />past 4 years and shake both my and my neigbors homes vto ent . <br />I have gone own to the quarry to complain about the hours and the noise and was told by the <br />quarry manager "TUFF". <br />Is the problem visible from a public road? YES NO <br />If no, does the departnjW have permission to enter onto your property and / or private easement to investigate the <br />complaint?
