(2014). <br />ORDER <br />Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, the Board <br />hereby GRANTS the Operator's request for an extension to submit all application <br />materials, in an approvable form, to convert the existing 110(c) permit to a 112c <br />reclamation permit.
