lb0 4-D 444W <br />GRAVEL PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />Owner of Gravel <br />Purchaser of Gravel and <br />Permit Operator <br />Holyoke Gun Club <br />Phillips County <br />C/O Kendra Schlachter <br />221 S Interocean Ave <br />45037 Co Rd 24 <br />Holyoke, CO 80734 <br />Holyoke, CO 80734 <br />M 1°1'7.,'15 <br />Holyoke Gun Club, owner of the gravel in the Holyoke Gun Club gravel pit located in the NWX of <br />Section 16, T7N, R44W of the 6th P.M., Phillips County, Colorado hereby agrees to sell gravel to <br />Phillips County. <br />Phillips County, as the purchaser, hereby agrees to succeed as permit holder of the mining permit <br />from the State of Colorado and act as the operator of the pit. The plan for reclamation of the pit is <br />hereby approved by the owner as this agreement is ratified. <br />Gravel will only be taken from the areas described in the permit unless both the owner and Phillips <br />County agree to extend the area to be mined. <br />Research indicates that surface ownership of this land is held by Holyoke Gun Club and that the <br />mineral rights are owned by Holyoke Gun Club. <br />Kendra Schlachter, Gun Club Treasurer, hereby certifies that payment should be made to Holyoke <br />Gun Club at the aforementioned address. <br />Claims for payment for gravel made by any other parties concerning this pit shall not be the <br />responsibility of Phillips County. <br />Phillips County agrees to pay 45C a yard for the gravel. Payment will be made to Holvoke Gun Club <br />at the above addresses.
