The required fee of $771 (3 x $257) has been <br />submitted (receipt nos. 3669645 and 3669753). <br />SWSP Operations <br />The sites that are involved in this combined replacement plan are identified and described in <br />Table A below. <br />Table A - Combined Replacement Plan Sites <br />No material is planned to be mined from the Home Office Pit during this SWSP period. The <br />two Treiber Lakes and three Lamb Lakes were also constructed under DRMS permit no. M-1977-439 <br />(Home Office Pit). The Treiber Lakes have officially been separated from the Home Office Pit mining <br />permit boundaries and are now covered under DRMS permit no. M-2011-049. The Tri -Districts and <br />the City of Greeley ("Partners") have assumed augmentation responsibility for the Treiber Lakes and <br />the Lamb Lakes. These sites are included in the Partners Combined SWSP (WDID 0302556) and are <br />therefore not included in this SWSP.
