COLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />July 10, 2015 <br />Brian Watterson, P.G. <br />Twentymile Coal Company <br />29515 Rout County Road #27 <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: Foidel Creek Mine; C-1982-056 <br />Second Quarter 2015 Pond Inspection Report Review. <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above reference <br />report. The report was certified by a professional engineer in accordance with Rule 4.05.9(14) and <br />contains all of the required information in accordance with Rule 4.05.9(15). Also, this report appears to <br />be in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). The report included inspection report forms for each of the <br />ponds inspected. However, it does not appear a report form for the 6MN Reservoir was submitted. Was <br />this impoundment inspected? If so, please submit an inspection report. <br />It was reported that the ponds were inspected on June 29, 2015. No appearances of structural weaknesses <br />or hazardous conditions were reported. The report indicated several maintenance activities were <br />conducted.
