Please find attached the 2012 AHR where George P first discusses <br />the obstruction in detail in the text narrative. The report of the obstruction initiated the DMRS investigation which <br />included the first attempt at using the borehole camera. <br />I know of no prior indication or concern about the condition of MWNW expressed by either EFCI or the DRMS <br />until 2012. All evidence and data reported is believed accurate to the mine floor until 2012. Had the obstruction <br />occurred at sometime prior to 2012, it is reasonable to assume that GP would have encountered issues at the <br />obstruction. THe exact timing of the casing damage cannot be determined but all information suggestes it <br />occurred in late 2011 or early 2012. 1 count around 18-20 water level measurements (dry) to the mine floor prior <br />to the obstruction being positively identified.
