Please ensure that BRL intends to permanently suspend these sites or if a <br />temporary suspension may be more appropriate. <br />BRL - BRL intends to permanently suspend monitoring at the gulch sites. If quality data is <br />required at B and C Gulch low during final reclamation the monitoring can be re-initiated. <br />6. DRMS - The Division agrees to permanently suspend monitoring at the following sites: <br />• Upper Hubbard Creek site based on the continued monitoring of site D34-14, up -stream <br />from the Upper Hubbard Creek site. <br />• A -Gulch low based on the absence of mine affected disturbance contributing to the <br />potential discharge of A -Gulch. <br />• B -Gulch up, C -Gulch up, and D -Gulch up area all located at the head of ephemeral <br />drainages which do not provide adequate run-off in order to collect data. <br />• D -Gulch low based on the fact that lower D -Gulch has been covered by Gob Pile #2 and has <br />no lower area to conduct sampling. <br />BRL - BRL is also requesting the permanent suspension of SP12-4, Ponds 12-9 and 12-11 since <br />they are outside the angle of draw. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
