<br />CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell and
<br />convey unto GRANTEE, not as Tenants in Common but as Joint Tenants with the right of
<br />survivorship, their heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and

<br />North, Range 9 West, N.M.P.M, which easement shall be a non-exclusive easement, but I _
<br />shall be appurtenant to the NW1/4SW1/4, Section 8, Township 46 North, Range 9 West,
<br />N.M.P.M. and shall run with the title to said NW1/4 SW114, Section B.
<br />TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in
<br />any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
<br />issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever
<br />of the Grantors, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee, their heirs and assigns
<br />forever. Grantor, WARRANTS that said premises are free and clear from all former and other
<br />grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments, encumbrances and restrictions of whatever
<br />kind or nature soever, except: TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS FOR THE YEAR IN WHICH THIS j
<br />DEED IS EXECUTED, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, COVENANTS AND
<br />RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF RECORD.
