EXHIBIT F Reclamation Plan Map
The reclamation map shows the following items:
a) The anticipated physical appearance of the area, correlated to the proposed mining
areas and reclamation timetables. It also includes contour lines that portray the
direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands.
b) The map also indicates the final land use after reclamation.
EXHIBIT G - Water Information
The pit site is located in the Frenchman Creek. This is normally a dry creek, flowing only in
periods of heavy run-off. The creek channel can vary in width from 50 feet up to 200 feet but
averages 100 feet in width. During periods of heavy rainfall, the flow will enter and sweep the
pit area, often depositing more gravel. Because the sand and gravel at the bottom of the creek
allows rapid percolation, water will not stand more than a few days at the most. The
excavation will be such that ground water elevations will not be encountered. No existing
water rights will be injured. Rainfall in the area averages about 17.8 inches per year. The site
will generally not be impacted by water. The water table in the area is substantially below the
surface, in most cases at least 130 feet deep.
Phillips County Landfill Page 6
