EXHIBIT I - Soils Information <br />A copy of the soils information provided by the Phillips County Natural Resource Conservation <br />Service is attached in the pre -mining section. The Natural Resource Conservation Service soil <br />maps show the soil as being Rago and Kuma loams and Platner loam. Most of these soils are <br />cultivated. In some areas, gravelly material is set about 24" below the surface. Another pit in <br />the immediate vicinity has proven that usable gravel is available below the overburden. There is <br />a topsoil depth of 6" over the pit area. <br />
