Cross Mountain Ranch <br />pit <br />Features and Contour Map <br />NE1/4 Section 29 T4N R87W, 6th P.M. <br />:ounty, Colorado <br /># M-1979-102 4, - <br />Pit <br />Pit is not conventional in that there is not a pit. The <br />gravel is mined by removing the top of a ridge. <br />There is no dewatering employed, as the ground water <br />has not been encountered. Surface runoff is <br />controlled by small roadside ditches and water breaks <br />that empty existing small water courses that are dry <br />most of the year. <br />All fuel storage tanks have been removed from the <br />site. <br />There are no permanent sanitation facilities on site. <br />The disturbed area is 8 acres more or less. <br />The previously reclaimed area is .5 acres more or less. <br />A stockpile of topsoil for future reclamation is located <br />in the NE comer of the site. <br />There is currently a stockpile of crushed gravel. <br />The actual active mining area is 5 acres more or less. <br />There have been no major structural changes to the pif <br />in 2014 or 2015. <br />J June 15, 2015 <br />RECEIVED <br />JUL 012015 <br />DIVISION -, ..-CLAMATION <br />MINING AND SAFETY <br />
