Linden Ave, Trinidad <br />Colorado, 719-646-2931, has filed an application for a <br />Construction Materials Limited Impact (112) Reclamation <br />Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />Proposed mine is known as the Branson Gravel Pit, and <br />is located at or near Section 7, Township 35.0, Range <br />57.0 Prime Meridian. <br />The Proposed date of commencement is Summer/Fall <br />2015, and the proposed date of completion is <br />Summer/Fall of, 2035. The proposed future use of the <br />land is Rangeland.
