for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses as Counsel for Federal Resources <br />Corporation and Camp Bird Colorado, Inc., Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 330 and 331 for The <br />Period from December 24, 2014 Through and Including May 31, 2015 with the United States <br />Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah (the "Application"). <br />You may obtain a copy of the Application from the Court's PACER document access <br />system, or upon written request at any time before the hearing from David Leta, Snell & Wilmer, <br />L.L.P., 15 West South Temple, Suite 1200, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, dleta@a,swlaw.com. <br />YOUR RIGHTS MAY BE AFFECTED. You should read these papers carefully <br />and discuss them with your attorney if you have one in this case. If you do not have an <br />attorney, you may wish to consult with one. <br />The Application requests that interim compensation and reimbursement be awarded to <br />Snell & Wilmer in the total amount of $196,574.01 during the Application Period, which <br />includes $168,595.50 for professional services rendered and $27,978.51 for expenses incurred; <br />that such amounts be allowed as priority administrative expenses of the estate pursuant to 11 <br />U.S.C. §§ 503(b)(2) and 507(a)(1); and that the Debtors' estate be ordered and authorized, <br />pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 330 and 331, to pay the amount awarded from the available cash assets <br />of the estate. <br />If you do not want the Court to grant the relief requested in the Application, or you want <br />the Court to consider your views, then you or your attorney must: <br />1.
