PERMIT #: M-1977-300 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: MAC <br />INSPECTION DATE: June 3, 2015 <br />Ralston Creek had high water flows at the time of the inspection. The Division inspected the cut-off wall and <br />observed water flowing over the wall and bypassing the 18 inch diversion pipe. The valve at the diversion pipe <br />is nearly shut-off during periods of high water flow, as the volume of water is too great to divert. The Division <br />was unable to cross Ralston Creek at the cut-off wall and therefore visual inspections of the North Waste Rock <br />Pile were made from the south side of the creek. No signs of erosion were noted on either of the Waste Rock <br />Piles. <br />This concluded the inspection. <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
