The <br />proposed future use of the land is wildlife habi- <br />tat and developed water storage. <br />Additional information and a tentative de- <br />cision date may be obtained from the Colora- <br />do Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />Minerals and Geology (DRMS) at 1313 Sher- <br />man Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203, <br />phone (303) 866-3567. Information is also <br />available from the applicant's representative at <br />(970) 222-3026. A copy of the Reclamation <br />Permit Application Amendment is available for <br />inspection at the Office of the Larimer County <br />Clerk and Recorder located at 200 West Oak <br />Street, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521. <br />Comments must be in writing and must <br />be received by the DRMS no later than, (20 <br />days after last date of newspaper publication) <br />July 19, 2015, by 4:00 p.m. <br />Please note that under the provisions of <br />C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 at seq, comments related <br />to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual <br />impacts, effects on property values and the <br />like are issues not subject to the jurisdiction of <br />the DRMS.
