<br />ston on April 5, 2013 (latest Permit Rene-
<br />wal), The Colowyo Mine is located ap-
<br />proximately 28 miles south of Graig, Colorado.
<br />The bond release areas, which include ar•
<br />eas reclaimed from 19g6 to 2014, total
<br />989.6 acres, and are shown in detail in
<br />Exhibit 1, Listed below is a general legal
<br />description of these areas:
