What is the additional
surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance?
I am aware that EFCI drilled a new well for Dr Corley in December 2014. Dr
Corley has mine workings and methane also, yet he has the right to a new well
and we do not.
How will the ground water removed from our property by EFCI be replaced as it
was before EFCI pumped it dry using illegal, not permitted wells. EFCI estimates
724 ac ft was removed in the 1994 AHR. This is underestimated based on the
location of our property and the lack of methodology they provided in the AHRs/
Based on the recommendation of a hydrogeologist, we require 3 water wells
pumping 15 gal/min be drilled at various locations to provide water. This would be
proof that water exists to replace the water that was removed from 1985-2001.
Also, three wells drilled in the last several years into the Trinadad aquifer
produced only 1-2 gal/ min. EFCI mining has likely damaged the aquifer also.
Linda Saunders
2T LLC
https:Hmail.google.com/mail/td0/?ui=2&ik=e29129fcb5&view= pt&search= i nbox&th=14e49d4e98394f45&si m l=14e49d4e98394f45 1/1
