The violations cited in the NOV were considered abated on September 22, 2014. The NOV was <br />considered terminated on September 25, 2014 after the site inspection conducted on September 23 and 24, <br />2014. Enclosed for your records is a Termination Notice for Notice of Violation or Cessation Order for <br />Coal Operation form.
