Box 1373 <br />Fairplay, CO 80440 <br />RE: Sullivan Aggregate Pit; DRMS File No. M-2015-017; Request for Application Decision <br />Dear Mr. Dowaliby, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is in receipt of your letter dated June <br />18, 2015. The Division appreciates and understands the role the Park County Board of County <br />Commissioners (BOCC) has in evaluating potential impacts for the proposed mining operation. <br />The Division will notify the BOCC in writing of the final decision on the Hard Rock 112 <br />Reclamation Permit application for the Sullivan Aggregate Pit. The current decision date is set <br />for July 12, 2015; however, this date may be extended at the request of the Applicant. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.4.11, any person who demonstrates that he/she/it is directly and adversely <br />affected or aggrieved by an action of the Office, including a decision to grant or deny a permit <br />application, and whose interest is entitled to legal protection under the Act may petition for a <br />hearing before the Board on such action within thirty days of the Division's decision. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303)866-3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
