The amendment application stated that the <br />new proposed post mining land use is general agriculture. Please provide a general description of <br />the anticipated general agriculture reclamation. <br />18) The northern portion of the permit boundary contains an office, shop and additional support facilities. <br />Will the office and shop be removed during reclamation? <br />EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map (Rule 6.4.6): <br />19) Please provide a Reclamation Plan Map(s) that illustrates how all of the affected land will be <br />reclaimed (this will need to include what is currently permitted and what is being added, please see <br />the attached Reclamation Plan Map from a previous amendment). The map(s) of the affected area, <br />shall indicate the following: <br />a. The expected physical appearance of the area of the affected land, correlated to the proposed <br />mining and reclamation timetables. The map must show proposed topography of the area <br />with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed <br />lands; and <br />b. Portrayal of the proposed final land use for each portion of the affected lands. <br />20) Please have the map signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other qualified <br />person as required by Rule 6.2.1(2)(b). <br />EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs (Rule 6.4.12): <br />21) Please provide all information necessary to calculate the costs of reclamation must be submitted and <br />broken down into the various major phases of reclamation; Backfilling, grading, replacing topsoil <br />and revegetation. You must provide sufficient information to calculate the cost of reclamation that <br />would be incurred by the state. <br />
