Notice of Completion and Request to Release Financial Warranty <br />a. A map depicting the area to be released. <br />Figure E-2, attached to this letter is a map of the Hopemore mine site. The area within <br />the red boundary lines represents the area to be released. <br />b. The amount of financial warranty which is proposed to be released. <br />UMC requests to release $30,000 from the financial warranty. Therefore, the existing <br />warranty of $94,430 would be reduced to $64,430. <br />c.
