This will <br />allow the exploration permit to be terminated and the bond released. The following issues need to <br />be addressed: <br />Rule 2.04.7(1) Groundwater Information <br />1. Please update the text of section 2.04.7(1) to provide a narrative description of 05-11 <br />and 08-11 <br />2. Please update tables 8, 9,10 and 11 <br />3. Please update exhibit 8 with detailed completion information for the 8 wells at the <br />05-11 and 08-11 locations <br />4. Please update exhibit 11 with a summary of the well information, including copies of <br />the permits for each well <br />Rule 2.05.6(3) Protection of Hydrologic Balance <br />5. Please update table 27 <br />6.
