EXHIBIT C— Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands
The immediately adjacent surface owners of record, taken from the Adams
County GIS, is shown on Exhibit C-1.
The roads, buildings power lines, etc. are shown on Exhibit C-2.
The topographic maps are shown on Exhibit C-3.1 and Exhibit 3.2.
The affected land consists of one parcel of land measuring 125 feet by 50 feet,
0.143 acres. The affected portion of Brighton Road and right-of-way is 50 feet by
60 feet, 0.069 acres. The total additional affected area is 0.327 acres. This parcel
of land will be located on land owned by Henderson Aggregate LLC and right-of-
way owned by Adams County. The location of the affected land is shown and
described on Exhibit A.
The vegetation of the affected lands within the present boundary is largely
undisturbed from the vegetation at the time of the original permit. As indicated
in the attached original reclamation plan, that vegetation consists of thistle, wild
mustard, prickly pear cactus, clover and a variety of mixed grasses.
Water features are shown on Exhibit C-4.
Structures are shown on Exhibit C-2.
The soils survey map is presented on Exhibit C-5. The soils consist of three types;
Dacono, 1 to 3 % slopes (DaB), Loamy alluvial land, gravel substratum (Lv), and
Terrace escarpments (Tc).
Rip-rap will be place at the terminus of the drain pipe where it enters the
drainage ditch on the Frei property. Following are the specifications.
