EXHIBIT C— Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br /> The immediately adjacent surface owners of record, taken from the Adams <br /> County GIS, is shown on Exhibit C-1. <br /> The roads, buildings power lines, etc. are shown on Exhibit C-2. <br /> The topographic maps are shown on Exhibit C-3.1 and Exhibit 3.2. <br /> The affected land consists of one parcel of land measuring 125 feet by 50 feet, <br /> 0.143 acres. The affected portion of Brighton Road and right-of-way is 50 feet by <br /> 60 feet, 0.069 acres. The total additional affected area is 0.327 acres. This parcel <br /> of land will be located on land owned by Henderson Aggregate LLC and right-of- <br /> way owned by Adams County. The location of the affected land is shown and <br /> described on Exhibit A. <br /> The vegetation of the affected lands within the present boundary is largely <br /> undisturbed from the vegetation at the time of the original permit. As indicated <br /> in the attached original reclamation plan, that vegetation consists of thistle, wild <br /> mustard, prickly pear cactus, clover and a variety of mixed grasses. <br /> Water features are shown on Exhibit C-4. <br /> Structures are shown on Exhibit C-2. <br /> The soils survey map is presented on Exhibit C-5. The soils consist of three types; <br /> Dacono, 1 to 3 % slopes (DaB), Loamy alluvial land, gravel substratum (Lv), and <br /> Terrace escarpments (Tc). <br /> Rip-rap will be place at the terminus of the drain pipe where it enters the <br /> drainage ditch on the Frei property. Following are the specifications. <br />
