Hays <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />RE: Responses to June 1, 2015 letter <br />111 Construction Materials Permit Application Adequacy Review <br />Mr. Hays, <br />Real Estate <br />JUN 0 3 2015 <br />Responses: <br />#1- Per the May 27, 2015 letter from State Historic Preservation, should any human remains be discovered, Lazy H will follow requirements <br />under State law. <br />#2 - There will be no alterations due to operations that will effect changes to existing area causing storm water to be captured. <br />#3 - There will be do drainage or runoff conveyance structures required. <br />#4 - The area is already a drainage canal and the changes will be in improvement of the slopes. There will be no storm water retained. <br />#5 —Should water be required for dust suppression, it will come from the Henrylyn Irrigation district canal, which is ultimately agricultural <br />rather than industrial. A letter can be provided if required. <br />#6 — Any stock piling of topsoil will not be for long enough periods of time to allow for either erosion or seeding per the nature of the job. <br />#7- Any soil testing results will be provided to the Division when available. <br />#8 - Have contacted Chris Ness, Adams County Weed Advisory Board, regarding Noxious Weed Management Plan documentation. <br />#9 - No mulch will be used. <br />#10 - Ok <br />#11- Signed copies of maps attached. <br />#12 - Revised document to be hand delivered to Adams County Clerk and stamped copy will be provided. <br />#13 - Not applicable. The fence is a perimeter fence for the Henrylyn Irrigation district.
