Coors Energy <br />Company owns and operates the <br />Keenesburg Mine under the current <br />DRMS Permit C-1981-028. The main <br />access road to the mine along with the <br />facilities area including the mine office <br />building, warehouse, equipment yard, <br />and parking area will be changed to a <br />post -mining land use of Industrial <br />Commercial. <br />The Keenesburg Mine is located 7 <br />smiles north of Keenesburg, Colorado, <br />and is accessed by Weld County Road <br />59. The permitted area is portions of <br />Sections 25 and 36, T3N R64W, 6th <br />Principal Meridian, Weld County, CO. <br />Copies of the application may be <br />viewed at the Keenesburg Town Hall <br />(140 S. Main, Keenesburg, CO), at the <br />Weld County Clerk and Recorder's <br />Office (1402 N 17th Ave, Greeley, CO <br />80631), and at the DRMS (1313 <br />Sherman St, Room 215, Denver, CO <br />80203). All comments, objections, and <br />requests must be submitted in writing <br />to the DRMS at the above address.
