MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated June 11, 2015 requested additional information. On behalf of Bowie <br />Resources, LLC, enclosed is the revised data. <br />1. DRMS: Proposed page Exh-8-58xii, Ditch B38 identifies the peak discharge of the ditch design <br />to be 0.42 cfs. This discharge is in conflict with the discharge identified on proposed page EXH 8- <br />29 (0.36 cfs). In addition, proposed page Exh-8-74viii(g), proposed new ditch C26 identifies the <br />peak discharge of the ditch design to be 10.31 cfs. This discharge is in conflict with the discharge <br />identified on proposed page EXH 8-29i (9.88 cfs). Please review any proposed pages to reflect <br />the appropriate peak flow rates for review. <br />BRL: Page Exh. 8-29 as submitted is correct, but page Exh 8-58xii was incorrect. Therefore, <br />please see revised page Exh. 8-58xii.
