The information contained in this document was provided by Colowyo Coal L.P. <br />Being familiar with the Colowyo operation, and relying on the information provided to me by Colowyo Personnel, the information contained herein is <br />reasonable and correct to the best of my knowledge and experience. <br />* Moment in time measurement of the elevation of the top of the captured pool of water within the pond. <br />All ponds were surveyed during 2nd quarter, 2014 other than the West Taylor and East Taylor Ponds, which were surveyed after dredging during 3rd quarter, 2014. <br />The East Taylor Pond required additional dredging, which was completed during 4th quarter 2014.
