An agricultural pond will be constructed within the northern portion of the highlighted parcel. As
described in Exhibit D, the pond will be approximately 9.42 acres in size with 16.2 disturbed acres. This
area of the parcel is currently planted in dryland grass. Its most recent use was to pasture cattle.
