. )t <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br />1. That Defendants, including, but not limited to, their agents, servants, employees, <br />and attorneys, and those persons acting in concert with them who receive actual notice of this <br />Order, are restrained from bulldozing, excavating, destroying and removing the Access <br />Driveway or obstructing access to the Rock `N Pine Property by making any additions, <br />modifications, and/or alterations to the Access Driveway; <br />2. That Defendants are restrained and enjoined from entering upon the Rock `n Pine <br />Property for purposes of excavating or mining in any form or fashion until further order of this <br />Court; <br />3. [Omitted] <br />4. The Court reserves issue of attorney fees and costs. <br />5.
