Box 1488 <br />Paonia, CO 81428 <br />RE: Bowie Resources, LLC, Permit C-1996-083 <br />First Quarter 2015 Pond Inspection Report Review <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the above <br />referenced report to be in compliance with the following CDRMS regulation(s): <br />4.05.9(17) - Examined at least quarterly by a qualified person designated by the operator, for appearance <br />of structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. <br />4.05.9(17) - A copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br />The first quarter pond inspection report was received by the Division on April 23, 2015 via email. Pond <br />inspections were conducted by J.E. Stover and Associates on March 25, 2015. <br />It is noted that no maintenance items were noted in the report.
