TMI provided updated ownership and control information for <br />TMI and its owners/controllers. As a result of my review, I have the following comments to forward <br />to TM I: <br />1. The information provided byTMl for Trapper Mining Inc. is inconsistent with what is listed in the <br />Applicant Violator System (AVS) database. <br />a. The AVS lists Cindy Crane as a Director, beginning March 1, 2009; the information provided <br />by TMI indicates that Cindy Crane is no longer a Board member. <br />b. The AVS lists Leo Brekel as a Director beginning July 22, 2009; the information provided by <br />TMI indicates that Leo Brekel is no longer a Board member. <br />c. The AVS lists Michael McInnes as a Director beginning October 19, 2011; the information <br />provided by TMI indicates that Michael McInnes is no longer a Board member. <br />Please revise the ownership and control information to include the above individuals or provide <br />end dates (month, date, and year) for termination of their service. <br />d. Please provide the exact date(s) in December 2014 that Steve Larsen and Mike Sorensen <br />became board members of Trapper Mining, Inc. <br />2. The information provided by TMI for Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power <br />District is inconsistent with what is listed in the Applicant Violator System (AVS) database. <br />a. The AVS lists Dwayne E Dobson as a Director, beginning May 1, 1984; the information <br />provided by TMI indicates that Dwayne Dobson is no longer a Board member. <br />b. The AVS lists Terrill A Lonon as Board Secretary beginning January 1, 1998; the information <br />provided by TMI indicates that Terrill Lonon is no longer the Board secretary. <br />c.
